Managing Condensation
Air conditioning naturally extracts moisture from the indoor air. This condensate collects in a drip pan and is gravity-fed or pumped outside through a drain line. Over time, algae, mold, or dirt can clog these lines, leading to water overflow, property damage, and internal system corrosion.
Suitable Situations
- Water pooling around the base of the indoor unit.
- Drip pan overflowing.
- Condensate pump failing to activate.
